As a travel advisor, I create bespoke experiences for clients around the world, but I’m also a lifelong traveler myself. My curiosity drives me to seek out new destinations and experiences that expand my horizons. I like to say I fell in love with travel slowly, then all at once. What began as occasional getaways soon turned into an insatiable thirst for inspiration and unique places. Travel has since become one of my greatest passions, leading me to found Epicure Travel. Whether I’m exploring the world for myself or crafting personalized journeys for my clients, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share in these unforgettable experiences.

Food is often at the heart of my own travels (it’s the Epicure in me), choosing where to eat and drink first- and planning around that. I specialize in creating itineraries that balance thoughtfully planned experiences with space to roam and stumble upon those spontaneous, magical moments that no guidebook can predict.
I’m drawn to beautiful, immersive spaces, and my hotel choices reflect that. I favor boutique luxury properties that offer a sense of place, each with its own unique charm and character.
Experiential and adventure travel are my true love. From African safaris to expeditions in Antarctica, cruises in the Galápagos, and diving in Indonesia, I’m passionate about curating transformative experiences that offer a fresh perspective on the world. For me, it’s all about turning extraordinary dreams into reality.
My Vibe
Dream trip on the radar:
Gorilla trekking in Uganda! There's something about this experience that has captivated me for years- traveling across the world with such a specific purpose in mind, responsibly viewing these incredible animals in their natural habitat and just watching in awe. One of those experiences that changes you.
Favorite hotel stay lately:
Kasbah Tamadot in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco. First of all, Moroccan hospitality is on another level, and Kasbah Tamadot, shines at the forefront. The property is an actual fortress (Kasbah), sprawling and lush, filled with beautiful spaces to just enjoy your surroundings. Fantastic hiking nearby, excellent spa for a hammam and only an hour from Marrakech. I can't wait to go back.
Hotel I can't get off my mind:
Ok, this is hotel and transport all in one but I am obsessed with luxury train travel, and the best is Belmond, specifically the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express.
The idea of the glam, luxury, slow-immersive travel where you dress for dinner and are rocked to sleep by the movement of the train, landscapes blurring past through your window, only to wake at your destination. Something old world about it has me captivated.
Travel Essentials:
Noise cancelling headphones- either airpods (domestic), bose (international).
Compression socks for a long haul flight.
Eye mask because inevitably there will be a little light in the hotel room I can't get to turn off.
Lately I’m bringing my red light mask everywhere. The wellness-obsessed in me loves this in the morning alongside a 10 minute meditation.
