Why Do You Charge Fees?

Hotels pay advisors a commission, which is already included in the hotel rate you are paying—whether you use an advisor or not. In most cases, we’re able to book at the exact same rate as you but also add perks like hotel credits, complimentary breakfast, and upgrades (at no additional cost). A planning fee is applied to cover the time and resources dedicated to curating options or creating a full itinerary for you.
Why Are Hotel Bookings Complimentary?

It depends on the destination and type of trip, but as a general rule, 6–8 months in advance is ideal. This allows us to secure the best availability, lock in optimal pricing, and plan thoughtfully—without feeling rushed. For more complex journeys, like safaris or large group trips, starting a year out is not too early. The earlier we begin, the more options you'll have—and the smoother the entire experience will be.
How Far in Advance Should I Start Planning?

We can help with international business class and select premium economy flights. Booking your flights through Epicure Travel allows you an additional layer of support through the booking process and a dedicated flight desk available should you need it. Flights incur an additional fee per booking.
