Emma Kate planned the honeymoon of our dreams! Our experience working with Emma Kate could not have been better from start to finish. She took the time to understand our travel style, preferences, goals of our trip and budget. We were blown away by the thoughtfulness and detail in our initial trip proposal- she included a video talking us through the comprehensive itinerary day by day and even included multiple options to review and choose from for our final itinerary. Her attention to detail and creativity was reflected in our entire travel experience, which could not have gone smoother. Our itinerary provided access to every detail we needed, along with a list of food and activity recommendations for each stop. Her communication was clear and timely, from the initial consultation and discussion of the perfect trip I had in mind to the time we landed home. She crafted a custom tailored itinerary from my ideas plus her expert vetted suggestions and executed on the plan with precision. The app and organization of bookings, tickets, reservations, & upgrades takes the stress away, one place with all your travel details. It was a VIP experience in every way. I wasn’t sure about letting go of the control of such an important trip and it was the best thing I have ever done. I won’t travel again without contacting Emma Kate.

It was so wonderful working with Emma Kate to plan our recent trip to Charleston, SC! I have worked with many well-known luxury travel planning companies in the past, and Emma Kate’s attention to detail and organizational skills are unmatched. She thoroughly researched the area and worked diligently with our group to help accommodate all of our different interests, even taking special care to note dietary restrictions on reservations she made at restaurants for the group (which were spectacular choices). One of my favorite parts of working with Emma Kate was the interactive website she put together for our group with our itinerary and other suggestions around the city for our unscheduled time. It made it so easy to figure out where we were going with google maps links directly on the website. I 100% will be working with Emma Kate again for future travel plans and could not recommend working with her more!

I started working with Emma Kate after I had booked a small portion of the trip, and also, very late in the game. She jumped right in and helped immediately, even helping me iron out a couple mistakes I had made. She did the exact thing I am terrible at: finding the best things and sorting through them to turn them into a menu for me to choose from. Also, the timeline arrangement of the itinerary was so great, because she understood that it takes hours to drive from town to town and she incorporated those factors into our itinerary. I know I couldn't have planned such a great trip on my own. I plan to work with Emma Kate for many more trips. She’s extremely good at this and I place a very high value on her service!

Emma Kate was phenomenal to work with. She seemed to know the perfect spot for us and what we needed and knocked it out of the park. We were welcomed with a hand written note and a spread of fresh fruit and offered water and champagne upon arrival. Other perks included breakfast each morning, a resort credit, daily bike rentals and early check in and late check out if we had been able to take advantage of that. In addition, when we had an issue with a spa service, Emma Kate took care of communicating our complaint and ultimately had it taken care of and made right for us. 10 out of 10 stars for her travel service.
